ACCOLADES: Are we seriously supposed to post our own? Isn't that kind of weird? I don't think anyone actually cares about getting an award in chemistry at a school like this.

BIO: Hey, um. I'm Peter Parker. Nice to meet you? Oh man I'm bad at profiles that don't involve, like, tumblr gifs or movie quotes. The coolest thing I've done recently is like. Smuggle in a Lego kit. (It's pretty awesome at least??)

[ Fistbump, yeah!! But less a bump and more the sort of fistbump that comes in like a punch and lightly collides with Peter's knuckles.

And then he's going back up to his room until midnight, maybe giving the rooftop a testrun or two to see if it's accessible in any way so he doesn't stand Peter up. ]

[ Hey man, Pete can take it. Spider strength and all.

Peter will be there! He is also like netting the area around the roof in case you decide to fall off again dumbass. ]

[ Falling was an accident and not a decision, but Kano can approve the safety measures— or he would, if he hadn't bypassed the stairs up to the roof and had tried to climb up there through the bathroom window on the top floor, effectively getting himself tangled up in one of those safety nets.

[ Oh my god Kano. Good job scaring the shit out of Peter. Then again it is his fault. He sits down on the edge of the roof (unknowingly quite close to where Kano is), texting him back frantically. ]

[ tfw you have an ancient flip phone which doesn't even have a backlight to give away your position. But it's fine, Kano's got a hand on the bathroom windowsill just in case the webbing breaks, but he's pretty stuck to the wall aside from his arms.

Peter's at least awake somewhere. It'll be fine. ]

Well, how can I put this...
I was on my way up to the roof, you see!
And I got caught in a sticky situation!!
I don't know how much longer I can hang in there.......

[ It’s a pretty strong web at least. Peter makes good stuff. Meanwhile, Pete himself kind of. Stares at the obvious web puns? And then just sort of. Leans over the side of the building, looking down. ]

—Kano? How the heck did you do that?

Haha~ Well done! I'd applaud you, but my hands are tied!!

[ Kano leans his head back and grins up at Peter, his situation more or less speaking for itself. Apparently, he typically just hauls himself up to the roof via the window, using the gutter as a handhold. ]

[ Good job Kano, well done. Peter shakes his head a bit and reaches down to take Kano’s hand. He’s strong enough to pull Kano up and free of the webbing, at least. ]

Better than falling off the roof, I guess.

[ Oh thank god Peter doesn't just fling him off the building and good riddance. He waits until both feet are firmly on the roof before patting down his pockets and making sure nothing had fallen out- it checks out, so he sticks his hands inside for safekeeping too. ]

It sure surprised me, though~ What were you trying to catch? We're leaving everything on Miss RA's windowsill, aren't we? One look outside and she'll know who it's from!

[ Jeez, he's not that rude. Or sociopathic. ]

You, duh. I don't want you falling off the roof again.

[ Kano's starting to like Peter more than everybody else in his dorm combined, because nobody there would hesitate to shove him off a roof, probably. ]

Oh, that? Don't worry about that! I've already taken care of that, so there's no way I'll fall again!

Yeah? How'd you even fall the first time?

[ He walks over to the edge of the roof and leans over the edge ]

[ He snags Kano with a web and just. Holds him there! ]

Yeah, okay, that part's my bad, but I couldn't think of a good spot?

[ He tugs Kano back to safety. ]

[ Not leaning precariously over the edge of the roof anymore is very much obliged, and Kano takes a seat so he can assure Peter he's in no danger of tripping and falling. ]

I'll have to show you somewhere good next time. But we're here now, so let's put together what we have~ Can you put some more nets up to catch anything that might accidentally blow away?

[ Okay good. Once was enough for him. ]

Yeah, sure. One sec.

[ It takes a little more work but he can get them a working set of nets up around the lip of the building. There we go. ]

[ While Peter busies himself with caging them in, Kano pulls things out of his jacket pocket and sets them in his lap- they're all little things, none of them scarcely larger than his fist, and all of them individually wrapped in aluminum foil. Half a dozen balls of aluminum foil, a larger sheet of foil that's been folded up and clearly meant for wrapping everything together at the end, and a long yellow ribbon to tie it all together.

What are his gifts!! it's a surprise ]

[ Huhhh. He's. Uncertain about wrapping them in foil, but he honestly doesn't have anything better to wrap it in.

Meanwhile, he's pulling out a couple miscellaneous he thinks Imelda might like. A book! Some cute little figurines that she could decorate the common room with. A tiny whiteboard and marker set. He got them at the thrift store but they are relatively new at least. ]

What's in yours?

Hm? Oh, you know, just this and that~ Things I hope will help her relax [ impossible ] or things that I hope will make her smile~ [ impossible ]

We might need some of that webbing to help stick everything together, so...

I can definitely do that, but. Uh. Won't that make it super obvious who it's from?

[ As if leaving it on her windowsill won't. ]
